Job Overview:


- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager with 3+ years of experience to drive revenue growth and market expansion.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Sales Strategy:


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.


- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.


- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to drive sales initiatives.

- Work closely with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, campaigns, and lead
generation strategies.


Client Engagement & Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, CXOs, and decision-makers.


- Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and demos tailored to client needs.


- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.


- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.


Revenue & Performance Management:


- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives.


- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and market trends.


- Work with cross-functional teams (product, finance, operations) to streamline sales processes.


- Use CRM tools and data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


- MBA from a premium institute (Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-School).


- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.


- Proven track record of B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.


- Strong understanding of consultative selling, solution-based sales, and relationship management.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


- Experience with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and market research tools.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
