Designation: Nodal Officer
Experience: 12 15 years of work experience in driving a Customer First agenda within Branch Banking, Customer Service, Business or Operations in a Retail distribution set up

Job Role:
- Leading a multidisciplinary team of Desk Leads and Officers in the Consumer Bank's Grievance Redressal Nodal Desk for Retail Liabilities, Retail Assets, and Credit Cards
- The incumbent would be in charge of resolving customer problems that were escalated to the MD & Leadership Team's Office and the Office of the Banking Ombudsman while serving as the Nodal Officer for Consumer Bank.
- A Nodal Officer must seek structural and regulatory adjustments that will stop the recurrence of probable flaws and themes that are the source of customer complaints. Effectively enhancing customer satisfaction
- The Banking Ombudsman (BO) is a key stakeholder that the Nodal Officer must handle. Nodal Officer is anticipated to interact directly with RBI's Consumer Education & Protection Department (CEPD) and BO offices.
