Role Summary:
As Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, you will have a remarkable opportunity to shape the positioning of the Noccarc brand and influence the right brand perceptions in line with the brand's journey, actions and on-ground impact. You will be responsible for developing and executing the brand marketing strategies and campaigns targeted at a cross strata of stakeholders - Customers, Our Business Partners, Employees, Potential Employees, Opinion leaders. You will achieve this by identifying the right insights, opportunity areas, Noccarc's width of programs/initiatives and their role. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize compelling storytelling that drives brand narrative. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your marketing prowess towards contributing to one of the fastest growing Hardware Startup in India.
You will be an organized self-starter with ability to re-write the playbook vs just following what has been done in the past. You will need to wear the invention hat often and set up new mechanisms to mine for insights, new content creation and media push models, along with strong ownership and focus. You will be someone with ability work smoothly across several cross functional teams like Sales, After Sales, Operations, Product Engineering Group, etc., collaborate effectively and act as a single-threaded owner on multiple marketing interventions. You should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide though leadership to set of cross-functional collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long term strategic roadmap in sync with company vision and on-ground progress
- Strategize, develop, and execute marketing interventions (campaigns, alliances, media events, seminars, conferences, competitions, and programs)
- Leading the team of Content Writers, Creative Designers, Copy Writers, Social Media Managers, Brand managers; in short, leading the team
- Responsible for all the communications and digital presence of Noccarc including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Glassdoor, Wiki, and Crunchbase
- Partner with creative agencies, research, and media partners to create integrated marketing plans
- Work with the Human Resource and Talent Acquisition team to strategize and formulate employee and employer branding
- Responsible for the market segmentation, competition, trends, and customer analysis that helps us determine the marketing strategy
- Propose, analyse & summarize all stakeholder research to drive insights
- Providing digital and experiential marketing solutions to internal teams and business partners (channel partners)
- Designing 360-degree marketing strategies for launching products in India and globally
- Regular interfacing with Product teams to align business objectives, stakeholder value proposition, customer journey, and external communication-
- Formulating a marketing plan for attaining the business objectives including but not limited to- Target Group identification, Media objectives, Channel selection, and Campaign KPIs
- Own the customer journey. Understand the customer - need states, triggers, barriers, purchase intent, consideration & awareness. Decode deep customer insights that shape the value proposition. Map industry trends & track competition marketing campaigns & comms for benchmarking-
- Evaluate and review ideas, copy & design. Drive asset production for both ATL & Digital campaigns. Evaluate asset quality and enable agency to churn out superior quality assets
- Proactively take up unplanned tasks and ensure the delivery of same with utmost quality
- Will be responsible for own and team's learning and professional growth
Required Skillset:
- Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent with MBA/PGDM or equivalent
- 4+ years of marketing experience
- At least 4 years of recent & continuous experience of brand marketing, brand building and Equity-led work on a scale brand with a rich body of shareable work.
- Exposure to parent brands/corporate brands and beyond conventional TV/Digital channels (think media partnerships, alliances, PR, CSR, sponsorships) would be a plus.
- Brand Marketing experience in a large corporate/fast Growing Startup
- Strong integrated marketing skills - Insight to Media GTM
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed (managing campaigns, writing business requirements, and analysing data). You will show hustle, take ownership, and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.
- Highly effective written communication skills honed to develop thoughtful, strategic, and detailed documents
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal with stakeholders
