Noccarc Robotics - Program Manager - IIT/BITS/NIT/IIM

Position Summary

You will be a part of the business strategy team. The role is inherently cross-functional which involves working closely with operations, business development, sales, marketing, PEG (R&D and Engineering) to define and implement processes which drastically improve the customer experience. As a program manager, you will plan, drive, monitor and report strategic initiatives. You will be a part of the business strategy team and will often lead a cross functional team as per the requirement of the program.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with cross functional teams to own and drive forward key initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders and ensuring implementation

- Lead various programs in process excellence, sales, marketing, operations and customer experience

- Collaborate with business partners & regional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives using quantitative data for making decisions

- High metric orientation to define them, use them and alter them as the need maybe to accurately represent the business problem

- Collect strategic market intelligence about key markets, including gathering customer intelligence/ insights, identifying prospective partners and profiling competitors

- Define and independently manage data collection and analysis

- Produce presentation documents for internal use (e. g. management team, board, investors) and external use (e. g. customer sales presentation, partner meetings)

Required Skillset :

- 3+ years of work experience

- Understanding of program management skills around planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as a horizontal role works with multiple functions at every point; Comfort with fast-paced work environment

- Degree from a premier educational institute - IITs, BITS, NITs, IIMs

- A high degree of creativity and innovation, with proven examples of applying knowledge, experience, and judgment to ambiguous problems
