Job Description :

- As the head of marketing, you will be responsible for 'all things marketing' at Noccarc. You will build and lead a lean team and will have the entire responsibility of Product Marketing, advertising, Brand Marketing, PR and category expansion across the range of our devices and digital products.

- With a mission to drastically improve the buying and owning a medical device, we want to control the entire value chain, disrupting the traditional sales channels and bringing a paradigm shift towards a direct distribution model. From a brand point of view, Noccarc aims to create and ace the category of 'smart medical devices', a category where we see a large void in.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing strategies targeted at growth, profitability and market share

- Create and execute product marketing blueprints from concept to communication to consumer

- Plan GTM and RTM strategies for products including brand and price positioning

- Come up with 10X growth ideas to discover new ways to grow the funnel

- Work closely with the product team and in CFTs to improve the product experience and overall user experience throughout the customer journey

- Create institutional and B2G marketing strategies

- Standardize sales pitches and marketing collateral. Develop training processes for sales and service teams to ensure accurate delivery of information to customer

- Plan and execute all brand marketing related activities focused at making Noccarc a category defining brand in the industry. Define focused brand narratives and product marketing collateral in alignment with the brand narrative

- Develop digital marketing strategies for both hardware and software products, identifying new marketing avenues for better ROIs. Define metrics and develop key levers

- Lead key marketing initiatives for direct distribution via digital and other channels

- Identify and develop acquisition channels for digital products

Job Requirements :

- Creates Transformation Outcomes: You have a track record of driving initiatives from ideation through completion that move the needle

- Must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation

- You will show hustle, take ownership, and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.

- Highly effective written communication skills honed to develop creative, thoughtful and clear message to the consumer

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
