Position Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Analyst who will assist the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in strategic & executive work from the regional office located in Noida. She/he must be excellent in building strategic relations with external stakeholders and should identify and seize various opportunities for the growth of Noccarc. Interfacing with government bodies & organizations, she/he will drive and lead strategic activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with external stakeholders including government officials & industry bodies for business development and operations, and plan interactions with the senior leadership team
- Analyze all the regulatory guidelines relevant to the business plans of Noccarc and derive strategies for execution
- Play an active role in business strategy formulation
- Manage operations at the regional office in Noida and lead various projects in the absence of COO
- Facilitate additional certifications planned for accelerated growth, both in domestic and export markets
- Track geo-political developments and report the opportunities and risks in business development
- Plan for and participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events for business promotion
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology along with MBA
Experience:
- 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in reputed engineering/manufacturing company in MedTech sector
- Extensive knowledge of MedTech industry certifications globally
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize and analysis data in the form of presentations
- Familiarity with international affairs, import-export regulations, geo-political know-how and international finance
Behavioural skills:
- Adaptable and a quick learner, willing to work in a fast-paced organization
