Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Identify new brands/companies based on market trends, knowledge, and current advertising activities.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of Brand Managers, while also contributing individually to achieve assigned goals.
- Brand Onboarding: Oversee the entire process of brand onboarding, ensuring successful closure.
- Strategic Planning: Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Client Engagement: Establish connections with identified brands/companies and understand their business needs.
- Campaign Development: Gather marketing briefs from clients, develop advertising campaigns, and secure client approvals.
- Market Monitoring: Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Client Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and reporting with clients regarding ongoing campaigns.
- Revenue Management: Ensure the achievement of monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Task Reporting: Prepare and submit daily task reports.
- Work Balance: Balance time between answering emails/calls, campaign execution, and planning.
- Oversight: Manage both new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Performance Measurement: Evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Team Culture: Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.
Experience and Skills Required:
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
- Strategic Ability: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies, with the ability to communicate recommendations to executives.
- Targeting Expertise: Experience in identifying target audiences and crafting effective campaigns.
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities combined with a creative mindset.
- Data-Driven: Affinity for numbers and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in marketing or a related field
