The role is responsible for driving and delivering critical components of New Business Agenda & Initiatives at NoBroker.
Key Responsibilities :
a) Responsible for envisioning, creating and executing short & medium term strategies that drive new customer recruitment and drive brand services adoption.
b) Strategy development and program concept creation must be grounded in customers' understanding and business insight.
c) Ability to lead product conceptualization, pilot deployment and evaluation. With scaling up & program commercialization across locations pan India. Astute judgment and flair that drives strong launch planning and market development.
d) Drive synergistic thinking in product creation and marketing execution-allowing for seamless and compelling in-market launches and ongoing execution.
e) Analytical rigor around Measurement & Evaluation.
Qualifications And Experience Required :
- The ability to lead, thrive, provide guidance and cut-through in the face of great ambiguity.
- Proven ability to drive step change and lead teams who are delivering large scale/complex projects.
- Tactical and Strategic proactive thinker with results orientation.
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to business challenges that maximize financial impact, while mitigating potential risk.
- Business acumen, communication, interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in FMCG sales or Start-up Operations.
