General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the team of Cluster Sales heads and Sales Managers
- Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the city team and sales conversion targets
- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Meeting City level targets month driving team to get maximum numbers of closure
- Reviewing the performance of the team and preparing reports
- Developing and Maintaining healthy & long term relationship with Builders partners
- Active participation in deal closures
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly sales plan
- Recruit and train the team for city expansion to new clusters
- Seeking referrals and networking to grow your own suite of clients
Requirements:- 6-8+ Years of Experience
- MBA from a premier College
Desired Candidate & Skills:- Prior team management experience
- Attention to detail and critical problem solving skills
- Strong sales background in an individual capacity
- B2C sales experience is preferred
- Prior experience in target driven role
