General Manager Sales- Launch
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for gross and net sales volume and value for the Launch team at Nobroker (Pan India responsibilities)
2. Lead and drive outputs from each city and its relevant city/cluster heads and sales managers. Manage the administration of manpower hiring, deployment, operational performance reporting.
3. Will be responsible for implementing Head Office rules and policies in a uniform manner across the country, along with formulating and innovating on new policies, processes, and systems as required.
4. Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with Developer partners, ensuring timely updates on all market information.
5. Own the entire sales funnel, planning and providing visibility to management team members on the leads, walkins, and closures on each operational site
6. Create and present a monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan for growth of the business . Lead project selection for all geographies basis customer demand, team capabilities, and developer relationships
7. Maximize revenue and profitability by ensuring highest brokerage slab in any project undertaken
Responsible for the Geographies: Mumbai, Pune, NCR
Direct Reportees: Cluster Heads and Sales teams of each city
Expected Qualifications:- 8+ years of Residential Real Estate sales experience, either on the Developer or the Channel Partner side
- MBA or advanced qualification like CFA / CA / RICS
- 2+ years spent handling a team size of 10+
- Advanced skills in MS Excel + Powerpoint / Google Sheets + Slides
- Experienced in recruiting and training new team member
