Associate Director - Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building primary residential sales
- Recruit and train relevant team members for sourcing and closing
- Own the entire buyer journey right from lead generation, lead qualification, and lead servicing leading to booking.
- Demand generation of home buyers across channels like offline events, digital and partnerships
- Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the team and sales conversion targets
- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Active participation in deal closures
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly city level business plan
- Onboarding developers Identification of target set, discussion, and negotiation, signing
- MoU's, and initiation of a business relationship for sourcing home loan leads
- Key Account Management Ensuring high wallet share for each onboarded partner's loan business by continuous engagement
Desired Candidate & Skills :- Prior team management experience
- Proven track record of target driven B2C or B2B sales
- Attention to detail and critical problem solving skills
- Graduate from Tier 1 College (IIT,IIM/Premier B Schools preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Experience in the Real Estate industry (preferable, not mandatory)
