Associate Director/ Head - Luxury Sales - IIT/IIM/ISB/FMS
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the establishment and growth of our luxury residential sales division, ensuring alignment with Nobroker.com vision and values.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team dedicated to sourcing and closing luxury property deals.
- Take ownership of the entire buyer journey, from lead generation and qualification to final booking, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our discerning clientele.
- Drive demand generation initiatives targeted at affluent home buyers through diverse channels such as offline events, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and onboard channel partners to bolster the flow of qualified leads with a ticket size of 3 Crore and above.
- Set and achieve ambitious input metrics for the team, as well as sales conversion targets, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
- Oversee administrative functions and operational performance reporting, with a focus on optimising processes and systems for maximum efficiency.
- Play an active role in deal closures, leveraging your expertise and industry connections to facilitate successful transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute monthly and quarterly business plans tailored to the unique dynamics of each city market.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing teams, fostering growth, and driving performance.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a B2C sales environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with critical problem-solving skills, ensuring thoroughness and precision in all aspects of work.
- Graduation from a Tier 1 College (e.g., IIT, IIM, Premier B Schools, NIT, etc.), preferred for its rigorous academic standards and emphasis on excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and persuasive interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory, demonstrating an understanding of industry dynamics and trends.
