Job Description :
- Leading a large operations team of NoBroker by demonstrating leadership skills through building and managing your own field team, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture,bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
- Working cohesively with a team of talented and passionate colleagues
- Lead a team 50+ Nobroker field managers and 1-2 Team leaders ensuring high productivity (servicing excellence and revenue generation from field)
- Designing and coordinating the training program for the employees in order to improve work efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Leading complete operations of a city and ensuring BAU targets are met and projects are driven with zeal and enthusiasm towards completion
- Ensuring people synergy and effective communication across teams, subordinates and managers
- Able to think on the feet and solve problems on ground and take important decisions without constant supervision
Criteria :
- Advanced knowledge of Google sheets/Excel
- Good communication skills to drive the team and report to top management
- Should have handled a team 40-50 people
- Minimum experience of 3 years leading a team
- Field Sales/Servicing Experience is a must
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's / Master's degree.
- 2-5 years in sales / Business Development ( preferably with field sales industry)
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quotas
