Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 30-40 sales executives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team performance.
- Handle escalation calls and ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer experience.
- Manage inbound customer service operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Train the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Monitor team performance using key metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, and productivity. Conduct call audits and provide feedback to enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback. Use data analysis to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvements.
- Build a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing professional development for team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales teams, preferably in a calling environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Experience in inbound customer service management is required. Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of call audits and performance management.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirement :
- Communication Skills : (English & Hindi) & any South Indian Language
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in managing sales through calling teams and must be data-driven.
- Must have handled a decent size team of 30-40 people
- Must have handled an Inbound customer service team for at least a year.
- Must have done sales by himself for 1-2 years
- Must be self-driven and ambitious
- Must have business acumen
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of call audits.
- How to control attrition & Shrinkage
- Experience in Customer Servicing
- Performance management of the team.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Understanding of productivity analysis
What we are looking:
- Good Team handling skills, Good excel/google sheet skills.
- Should be from Calling Background & Sales background
- Should be comfortable working under pressure.
- Should be a team performer.
- Should be comfortable working on weekends and will be getting weekly off between Monday to Thursday only.
- Should be an immediate joiner.
- Should have handled a span of 10 - 15 executives minimum, from the sales process.
- Should have experience in handling escalation calls as well
