- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our Customer Support team in Bengaluru.
- This full-time on-site role involves overseeing daily customer support operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving complex issues.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, analyzing service data for improvements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and manage daily customer support operations, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complex customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to both customers and team members as needed.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer support data and feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance service quality.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
- Problem-Solving: Apply strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges.
- Leadership: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by guiding, mentoring, and motivating the customer support team to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in a customer support role, with previous experience in a leadership or team management position.
