The Manager - Brand Partnership & Alliances (Regional) will be responsible for driving sales and solving marketing/advertising challenges for clients across a designated region.

Acting as an extended marketing arm for various brands, you will focus on identifying potential brands/companies, onboarding new clients, and ensuring the retention and satisfaction of existing clients.

This role offers exposure to diverse industries, requiring a customer-first approach and strong relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify & Onboard New Clients: Research market trends to identify potential brands/companies and successfully onboard them as clients.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.

- Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns based on client briefs.

- Team Management: Lead a team of Brand Managers, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing individually.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed-upon KPIs and ROI.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to craft effective marketing strategies.

- Reporting: Prepare and present daily task reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Problem-Solving: Understand clients' marketing issues and offer solutions that align with their business goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.

Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies.

Experience in client relationship management, campaign planning, and execution.

Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset.

Excellent communication skills and an understanding of the marketing mix.

Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Degree in Marketing or a related field.
