Role Overview:
The Regional Brand Manager - Ad Sales is responsible for managing regional brand initiatives and driving ad sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
The role involves creating awareness, building relationships, and enhancing brand visibility to attract advertisers and optimize ad sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional ad sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies. Enhance brand visibility and awareness through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Develop compelling brand propositions and communicate effectively to potential advertisers. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote ad sales offerings and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and maximize revenue. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns.
- Utilize data analysis to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of ad sales commitments.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance data and market feedback.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and innovation in ad sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, advertising, or sales.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and advertising platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to optimize campaigns and measure performance. MBA in Digital Marketing or certifications in Advertising and Digital Media preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
