- The Regional Brand Manager will drive sales and address customer marketing and advertising needs.
- This role involves acting as an extended marketing arm for brands, ensuring a customer-first approach.
- The manager will focus on identifying and onboarding new clients, retaining existing ones, and overseeing campaign planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-Day Work:
- Identify and Onboard New Clients: Leverage market trends and knowledge to target potential brands/companies and onboard new clients.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop advertising campaigns based on client briefs and execute them in collaboration with internal teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Client Coordination: Maintain smooth communication with clients, ensuring the effective execution of advertising campaigns and addressing any issues that arise.
- Revenue Targets: Ensure monthly and yearly revenue targets are met.
Relationship Management:
- Team Management: Oversee a team of brand managers, ensuring both individual and team goals are achieved.
- Client Understanding: Understand client businesses and their marketing challenges.
- Translate these insights into actionable plans and strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet the agreed standards and commitments.
- Reporting: Prepare daily task reports and keep stakeholders updated on campaign performance and client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising, with a track record of successful campaign management and client relationship building.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced/Master's degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus
