Program Manager - Sales Process Excellence
- Strategic Partner and advisor to the sales team as part of the Business Operations team at NoBrokerHood
- Directly support definition and management of key initiatives to drive growth right from conceptualisation to execution via problem solving, planning/co-ordination and project management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive process excellence and growth for the sales function
- Strong fundamental business acumen is required along with strong communication skills and analytical ability
- Candidate needs to have curiosity, flexibility and the desire to work on a variety of projects
- Needs to have a strong ownership mindset with the ability to work well with stakeholders across the board
- Responsible for maintaining key hygiene and growth parameters for the function
- B.Tech or MBA
