- The Manager - Brand Partnership & Alliances (National) will be responsible for driving sales and managing key brand partnerships at a national level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard national brands/companies, leveraging market knowledge and trends.
- National Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of national advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Brand Managers across various regions, driving them to achieve national sales targets.
- Client Retention & Growth: Foster long-term relationships with national clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics at a national level, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor national market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with broader business goals.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance, client feedback, and market conditions.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the campaign lifecycle, ensuring client needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
- Proven experience in managing brand partnerships and marketing strategies on a national level.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a distributed team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to marketing.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and national market dynamics.
- Master's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
