Job Description:
- The Manager of Brand Partnership & Alliances role encompasses two key areas of responsibility: day-to-day work and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential brands and companies based on market trends, industry knowledge, and current advertisers.
- Translate brand elements into comprehensive plans and actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Reach out and establish connections with identified brands and companies.
- Analyze clients' businesses to identify marketing challenges and gather detailed campaign briefs.
- Design advertising campaigns based on client briefs and secure approval for execution.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and assess competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed as promised.
- Maintain smooth communication with clients regarding ongoing campaigns.
- Ensure that monthly and yearly revenue goals are met.
- Prepare and submit daily task reports.
- Balance time between answering emails/calls and campaign execution and planning.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Develop strong business relationships with clients.
- Create culture of high performance and innovation within the team.
Experience and Skills Required:
- To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and experience:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
Strategic Development:
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executives.
Target Audience Identification:
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective marketing campaigns.
Marketing Mix Understanding:
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset.
Data-Driven Thinking:
- Proficient in data-driven thinking and comfortable working with numbers.
Communication Skills:
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Industry Awareness:
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
Educational Background:
- Master's Degree in marketing or a related field
