It also further strengthens the safety of your society by keeping visual and digital records of all entries and exits - accessible anytime and anywhere - and automates staff entry through a facial recognition or biometric process.
Objectives of this Role:
- Being a partner to business and leading all HR activities end-to-end for a business vertical
- The role would have an element of TA (~65%) and other HR activities including engagement, talent management, attrition controlling etc. (~35%)
- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
- Build a connect with the employees and resolve their issues/grievances
- Enable a conducive work environment for people to shine and deliver their best
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Managing Generalist HR activities for 500+ employees and ensuring adherence to various HR processes
- Resolve employee relations & performance issues; provide coaching, counselling & conflict resolution in adherence with the policies & procedures
- Responsible for building performance culture by improving people efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Responsible for conflict resolution, investigations in employee matters, employee communication and coaching for supervisors on people issues
- Responsible for streamlining, standardizing and implementing HR best practices
- Maintain employee records, documents and database
- Answer all queries/concerns of employees in pre-defined TAT
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition and 5 years experience as overall
- Should have managed a team in earlier assignments
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage with competing priorities
- Strong Analytical skills and Decision-making ability
- Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
