Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, build, and refine NLP and LLM models to advance ConvoZen.

- Lead the fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs), utilizing techniques like transfer learning and domain adaptation to enhance model performance.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of data scientists.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high-performance outcomes.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements.

- Oversee the full development cycle of AI systems, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.

- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and performance monitoring of NLP models in production environments.

- Utilize advanced deployment tools and best practices to ensure reliability and efficiency.

- Oversee the end-to-end development of consumer and enterprise applications for speech and language models.

Qualifications:
