JD - Sr. Operations Manager/Head - Factory

Roles and responsibilities :

- Source and lease factory production line for modular production

- Setup production, procurement, logistics policies and protocols (in-line with company policies)

- Create a fleet of factories for production

- Create a fleet of vendors for procurement

- Assign projects to the respective factories for best TAT throughput

- Maintain stock availability of raw materials at all time

- Manage production of projects in factory

- Maintain production TAT as per SOP

- QC of finished products & shipping

- Should be familiar with all types of machinery and process

Requirements:

- Min 8 years of experience, 5 years of experience in factory production for modular woodwork

- Engineering (MBA preferred)

- Open to travel
