General Manager - Strategy Key Responsibilities and Accountability: What Does the Role Entail? The role will closely work with the Stakeholders of the builder vertical channel and other leaders. Strategic Projects & Planning: - Business Planning - Monthly, Quarterly to Semi- Annual and Annual - Identifying key strategic projects that will help the BU/firm to grow over the defined period. - Execution of the identified interventions by partnering with either 1 or all of these functions- Business, Product, Marketing - Insights- Tracking and Monitoring key KPIS and Data Key Result Areas - Track Business performance for the BU and functions. Identify issues and red flags before they happen - Come up with Hypothesis through a combination of stakeholder interviews and data analysis - Formulate Strategic Projects basis the hypothesis. Take the projects to a logical conclusions - Perform in-depth strategic research and analysis on growth opportunities for the business, identify trends, dive into key industry developments, monitor competitor moves, turn market & competitor insights into internal business recommendations. - Drive OKRs for the respective functions - Excited to learn and understand real estate sales and distribution - ready to get hands dirty, visit sites, develop contacts with developers, and always present verified and clear information - Pan India remote team coordination capabilities Key Competencies: - Data Driven Approach- Ability to see every problem through the lens of data. Familiarity with data analysis atleast via excel. Dealing with SQL based databases is desirable - Problem Solving - Ability to silence the noise and identify the issue in a structured manner3. Communication Skills- Structured Oral and written communication, ability to present the ideas and solutions in simple manner
