General Manager - Sales

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the team of Cluster Sales heads and Sales Managers

- Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the city team and sales conversion targets

- Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible

- Developing and Maintaining healthy & long term relationship with Builders partners

- Active participation in deal closures

- Preparation of monthly and quarterly sales plan

- Recruit and train the team for city expansion to new clusters 4-8 Years of Experience Candidate from a premier College

Educational Qualification : MBA from a premier College

Desired Candidate & Skills :

- Mandatory to know Tamil Language

- Prior team management experience

- Strong sales background in an individual capacity

- Attention to detail and critical problem-solving skills

- B2C sales experience is preferred

- Prior experience in target driven role
