Responsibilities:
- Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded apartment owners in the assigned geographical region.
- Provide post-sales support and manage escalations.
- Upsell and farm onboarded clients with better plans and benefits.
- Educate clients about new plans and offers from Nobroker.com.
- Ensure account retention through successful subscription renewals.
- Increase overall revenue portfolio through referrals.
- Responsible for revenue generation.
- Maintain and sustain long-term relationships with apartment owners in the assigned region. Serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales support and client inquiries.
- Address and resolve client escalations promptly and effectively.
- Upsell and farm existing clients by offering enhanced plans and benefits to meet their evolving needs. Educate clients about new plans, offers, and services provided by Nobroker.com.
- Ensure successful renewals of client subscriptions to retain accounts and prevent churn.
- Increase the overall revenue portfolio through referrals and by expanding the client base.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Track and report on account performance and revenue targets.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients about Nobroker.coms offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients in Hindi and English, with knowledge of a regional language as a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of a regional language is a plus.
- Comfortable working on weekends, with a weekday off (Monday-Thursday).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
Key Qualifications:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in any field; MBA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
