Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer Insights: Collect and analyze consumer insights to build and sustain a revenue-generating vertical.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
- Strategic Execution: Lead the execution of both tactical and strategic business changes.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to highlight functional status, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Education: BE/B. Tech/MBA in Operations, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-4 years in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data understanding and ability to derive actionable insights.
- Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to work at both strategic and ground levels.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Decision-Making: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
