Job Description:
- As an Area Sales & Operations Manager at NoBroker, you will play a pivotal role in leading a large operations team, driving key process metrics, and ensuring the smooth operation of field services.
- Your leadership will be crucial in managing a team of over 50 NoBroker field managers and 1-2 Team Leaders, focusing on customer service excellence, revenue generation, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of 50+ field managers and 1-2 team leaders, ensuring high productivity and achieving service excellence and revenue targets.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee and manage the complete operations of a city, ensuring that business-as-usual (BAU) targets are met and projects are driven to completion with enthusiasm.
- Training & Development: Design and coordinate training programs for employees to enhance work efficiency and the quality of deliverables.
- Problem-Solving: Make critical decisions independently, solving on-ground issues and ensuring smooth operations without constant supervision.
- Collaboration & Communication: Facilitate effective communication across teams, subordinates, and managers, fostering people synergy and a positive work culture.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a strong focus on customer service, leading the company towards exponential growth.
Criteria:
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively drive the team and report to top management.
- Team Management Experience: Proven experience in handling a team of 40-50 people, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Field Sales/Servicing Experience: Hands-on experience in field sales or servicing is essential.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience: 2-5 years in Sales/Business Development, preferably within the field sales industry.
- Performance: Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas at previous positions
