Roles and responsibilities :

- Deliver Business Targets - Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets for the Homestore Interiors Business by closely monitoring and driving key business metrics PnL, Conversions, Orders, Margins, input and output metrics etc.

- Conduct Extensive Market Research to analyze and assess market potential, track competitor activities and provide valuable inputs to fine-tune sales, marketing and expansion strategies.

- Consistent tracking of sales funnel and end to end ownership of Sales Targets for the function.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and achieve them.

- Utilizing a high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth in the next few years.

- Represent Nobroker Interiors, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing. performance data, and projecting future performance.

- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence.
