Sr. Manager- Trade Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:
- Design and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business and brand goals.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative trade marketing campaigns across retail and distribution channels to drive sales growth and market share.
- Analyze trade and market trends to optimize trade strategies and identify growth opportunities.
2. Sales and Promotion Management:
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute promotional plans that maximize brand visibility and product sell-through in trade channels.
- Develop and manage retailer-specific promotions, offers, and in-store activations.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of trade promotions and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
3. Channel Management:
- Drive the presence and visibility of Nobel Hygiene's products across various retail and distribution channels, including modern trade, traditional trade, and online marketplaces.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution partners to optimize product placement, pricing, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure brand consistency and a strong visual presence in all trade channels.
4. Team Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead, train, and mentor the trade marketing team to drive excellence in execution and results.
- Act as a key liaison between the marketing, sales, product, and distribution teams, ensuring alignment on strategies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders to promote Nobel Hygiene's brand effectively.
5. Budget Management:
- Prepare, manage, and optimize trade marketing budgets in alignment with overall business goals.
- Track expenditures and evaluate ROI to ensure effective budget utilization.
6. Market Intelligence and Reporting:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights through regular reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics and shopper insights to drive targeted strategies for various channels.

- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and CRM software is a plus.
