Job Overview:


The Senior Manager of Leadership Process Training will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing leadership development programs within the organization.

This role is aimed at enhancing leadership skills across various levels of management to drive business results, improve team effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.

The Senior Manager will work closely with senior executives, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of training programs with organizational goals and leadership competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Development Program Design:

- Lead the creation, delivery, and evaluation of leadership training programs aimed at developing key leadership competencies.

- Design blended learning experiences (e., workshops, online courses, mentoring programs, etc.) to support leadership development.

- Ensure training content is aligned with current organizational goals, leadership frameworks, and future needs.

Program Implementation:

- Coordinate the rollout and implementation of leadership development initiatives across various business units.

- Work with HR and other stakeholders to identify leadership gaps and prioritize training needs.

- Provide leadership coaching and guidance to managers and senior leaders on effective leadership strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the organization.

- Foster relationships with key leaders to promote a culture of leadership development and continuous improvement.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on training progress, outcomes, and impact.

Training Evaluation & Reporting:

- Measure the effectiveness of leadership training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Analyze data to refine programs, making adjustments to improve results and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Report on the return on investment (ROI) of leadership training initiatives.

Leadership Succession Planning:

- Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify high-potential employees for leadership roles and ensure proper development pathways.

- Provide support for leadership succession planning and help implement strategies to ensure a pipeline of capable leaders within the organization.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and best practices in leadership development and training.

- Innovate and adapt leadership training programs based on industry trends, organizational needs, and employee feedback.

- Lead a culture of feedback and continuous learning within the leadership team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or corporate training, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record in designing and implementing leadership training programs.

Experience working with senior executives and managing cross-functional projects.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of leadership competencies and development frameworks.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze training needs and create targeted, impactful training solutions.

- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
