As an Associate Director - Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and overseeing marketing efforts across multiple business verticals at NoBroker. Beyond execution, this role requires a deep understanding of business objectives, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making to drive marketing efforts with ROI optimization, growth acceleration, and team leadership. You will mentor a high-performing team and play a key role in shaping NoBroker's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Critical Thinking;

- Develop a strong understanding of NoBroker's business model, market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

- Align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring long-term, sustainable growth.

- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify challenges, optimize marketing efficiency, and drive innovation.

- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that contribute to key business decisions.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.

- Guide the team in planning and executing high-impact campaigns, ensuring performance excellence across all digital channels.

- Cultivate a data-driven, test-and-learn culture, enabling the team to experiment and iterate for continuous growth.

Performance Marketing & Strategy Execution:

- Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social Media, Affiliates, CRM, Organic and other emerging platforms.

- Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI across paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, aligning them with overall business goals.

Advanced Campaign Optimization & Analytics:

- Leverage analytics, attribution models, and A/B testing to refine campaign performance and improve conversion rates.

- Own the performance tracking, reporting, and insights-driven decision-making process to maximize marketing effectiveness.

- Work closely with product, tech, and business teams to drive customer-centric growth initiatives.

Innovation & Growth Hacking:

- Identify and test new growth channels, trends, and marketing technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

- Develop creative strategies to improve conversion rates, reduce CAC, and increase LTV.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor movements, applying insights to refine strategies.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years leading a team.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a proven ability to translate business goals into marketing actions.

- Proven expertise in performance marketing, growth hacking, and digital strategy execution.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.

- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Experience in app marketing (acquisition & engagement) is a strong plus.

- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business impact.

- MBA/Graduate from a premier institute preferred.

- Out-of-the-box thinker with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
