This incumbent will be actively leading and strategizing the efficient use of paid media at NGA SCE. He/she will guide and work with the ad-ops team in the setup and optimization across all media channels. Responsible to create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. Also responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to boost growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison with the agency to manage multiple high quality acquisition campaigns and allied lead generation activities.
- Drive the agency to deliver across all paid performance marketing channels - Affiliate, Facebook, Ad-words, programmatic Bing, Re-marketing etc.
- Collaborate with the creative & IT teams to optimize campaigns, Landing Pages etc.
- Ensure Leads are delivered to the sales teams in a timely manner and that they are always in line with the brands quality standards and objectives
- Based on the lead requirement, draw a plan for the month in conjunction with the media agency. Ensure that the plan meets the minimum lead quality standards.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly delivery reports to ensure the targets are met, whilst maintain the set ROI.
- Strategically build, manage and optimize digital campaigns on major platform (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Strategize, execute and manage Digital Marketing activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries
- Optimize and drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Report key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data
- Analyze campaign performance and make statistically stable and relevant optimizations and recommendations
- Closely monitor digital campaigns performance to ensure KPI and campaign objectives are met
Dimensions:
- Manage team of 2-4 members
- Has overall responsibility for Managing Annual Performance and Media budget and deliver registration targets
Requirements- Skills & Competencies:
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and deliver against a number of priorities
- Demonstrable proficiency in optimizing and executing SEO/SEM, email, social media and Programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Solid Knowledge of website analytics tools and experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.
Requirements- Education & work experience:
- Graduate or PG/MBA in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
- Google Certification or a Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputable institute will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of working in an agency/brand handling online media campaigns work or digital marketing, preferably as a SEO/SEM Manager.
- Hands on Experience in managing performance-marketing campaigns, paid search and paid social campaigns.
