Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Channel Sales (Residential)

Industry: Real Estate / IPC (Independent Property Consultants) / Banking (Channel Sales/Distribution Focus)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager/Senior Manager - Channel Sales to join our Residential team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in channel sales or distribution, preferably within the real estate, IPC, or banking sectors. You will be responsible for developing and managing our channel partner network, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly understand the finalized quantum of residential space, architectural drawings, pricing strategy, and expected rates for each residential project.

- Prepare detailed sales briefs to effectively communicate project information to channel partners.

- Formulate a list of potential clients using available market data.

- Identify and onboard various channel partners across different locations, categorizing them effectively.

- Develop and implement tailored strategies for each channel partner category.

- Bring new channel partners onboard and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

- Regularly assess, clarify, and validate channel partner needs and performance, ensuring high satisfaction rates.

- Conduct regular product training sessions for channel partners and their teams.

- Ensure all leads generated are serviced within the defined turnaround time (TAT) - ideally same day.

- Address and resolve source conflict cases promptly and within specific TATs.

- Ensure effective sales pitches are delivered to clients by self and team members.

- Coordinate and manage site inspections/visits, addressing all client queries efficiently.

- Conduct monthly market and competitor analysis, studying trends and new developments.

- Provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for launch events, ensuring channel partner participation.

- Manage effective negotiations and finalize/close deals in a timely and efficient manner.

- Ensure all required payments are collected from clients as per the payment schedule and timelines.

Special Skills/Attributes:

Industry Knowledge:

- Understanding of current industry trends in the real estate sector.

Negotiation Skills:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Relationship Management:

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with property consultants, channel partners, and brokers.

Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical Skills:

- Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis.

Organizational Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in channel sales or distribution, preferably within the real estate, IPC, or banking sectors.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the residential real estate sector.

- Established network of channel partners and brokers.

- Knowledge of CRM systems.
