- As a Learning and Development Manager, you will drive NJ Group's talent management strategy by designing, implementing, and delivering learning and development initiatives.
- This includes conducting training needs assessments, developing comprehensive training plans, managing talent pipelines, and driving organizational performance through effective training programs.
Training Needs Assessment (TNA/TNI):
- Design and execute methodologies for identifying organizational training needs.
- Collaborate with functional heads to understand business challenges and future leadership requirements.
- Recommend suitable learning interventions aligned with organizational goals.
- Training Program Design & Implementation
- Develop a comprehensive training calendar based on TNA findings and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external trainers to deliver targeted programs.
- Deliver training sessions (both virtual and in-person) on technical and soft skills where necessary.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning - Design and implement frameworks for identifying high-potential employees.
- Create and oversee Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for career progression and leadership readiness.
- Build a structured succession planning roadmap for key roles.
- Content Development & Trainer Coordination - Work with trainers, department heads, and leadership to finalize and align training content with business objectives.
- Ensure content relevance, including onboarding, induction, technical, and soft skills training.
- Regularly review and update training materials to reflect organizational needs.
- Monitoring & ROI Analysis - Track and analyze training effectiveness through pre- and post-training assessments.
- Maintain detailed training records and prepare MIS reports for management.
- Evaluate ROI for learning interventions and suggest process improvements based on data insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a liaison between business units and training teams to ensure alignment of learning objectives.
- Partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Core Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in training delivery, design, or talent management.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing talent management frameworks, including succession planning.
