Branch Manager - Investment B2B Sales
Job Description:
Primary Role:
Branch Management:
- Oversee and manage branch staff, ensuring productivity and discipline.
- Provide coaching, development, and support to the team to meet sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Team Leadership:
- Train and groom the team on product knowledge, system usage, and sales techniques.
- Guide the team in achieving business objectives and individual performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans for financial product distribution.
- Recruit financial product distributors to expand the branch's network.
- Drive sales of products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and Loan Against Securities (LAS).
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day branch operations.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report on branch performance to the Regional Manager.
Secondary Role:
- Deliver business opportunity programs and presentations to attract potential distributors.
- Represent the branch in monthly sales meetings and training sessions as instructed.
- Provide feedback to the Regional Manager on compliance and operational issues.
- Participate in basic training sessions to educate new employees or distributors, if required.

- Achievement of business targets, including distributor recruitment and product sales.
- Growth in branch revenue through diversified financial products.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, LAS, and Bonds.
- Experience in B2B sales, channel management, and distributor recruitment.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory standards in the financial sector.
Leadership and Soft Skills:
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in financial products or investment advisory (NISM, CFP).
- Experience in training and mentoring teams.
