About the role :
- The incumbent will be responsible for driving revenues to gain a share of the wallet of end consumers in all channels and locations. You will lead the sales to deliver revenue budgets, expansion and channel Partner Management.
- Handling overall Revenue of 100-120 Retail Stores and leading 3-4 City
- Heads with 10-12 ASMs
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Strong believer of and extensive experience in operations management and Consultative Selling
- Lead cross-functional team alignment to make our internal and external operations more efficient and scalable.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Business Development, Network planning, Supply, Operations Marketing
- Liaise with relevant external stakeholders and build partnerships to improve new market opportunities.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with retail partners both externally and internally
- Use analytical data and market insights, combined with your business sense, to drive growth
- Drive franchisee engagement by ensuring healthy ROI, inventory and cash management
- Develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, with the purpose of making appropriate and innovative recommendations to drive the business forward
Skills and Qualifications :
- The person must have strong Sales and Account management experience and should have demonstrated ability to build strong executive connect, build relationships and work with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, motivation for business building, and working collaboratively with other functional teams, to grow new business is highly desirable.
- This is a high visibility role which directly contributes to the business growth and requires close interactions with key external & internal stakeholders, sales teams and Senior Management. Will Manage the Sales, OB, Revenue Margin, Delivery End to End for a cluster of accounts through a team.
- The incumbent must be self-driven and must have strong partner and client management skills. He/she must have an ability to define and execute business plans, drive GTM strategies, develop solutions, manage ongoing engagement programs and achieve OB and revenue targets
- An MBA from a Top B school with 3-5 years total experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a direct sales role wherein the person has anchored a regional B2C Sales team.
- Operational excellence combined with the ability to look at the larger picture
- Entrepreneurial character with strong organizational and communication skills
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
- As this is a field intensive job, having a personal vehicle is mandatory.
