Assistant Manager/Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Processing of company payroll with zero error ( monthly salary & reimbursements).
- Monitoring attendance and over times,
- Coordinate with clients of biometric attendance.
- Prepare inputs for payroll Leave credit, Variable, Retention, Attendance allowance, Performance allowance.
- Prepare Leave data as per state and central rule.
- Working on Minimum wages notification and update in payroll timely.
- Timely validations of the payroll output.
- Coordinate with accounts team for transaction of payroll timely.
- TDS Calculation as per government norms.
- Working TDS return data and process TDS returns.
- Prepare leave Encashment data.
- Prepare Bonus Data as per government norms,
- Preparation of MIS & Reports - Summary of transactions on a monthly basis,
- Supporting Exit team in arranging employee's clearances and ensuring timely closure of full & final
- Prepared full and final settlement resigned and terminated employee.
- Coordinate with accounts team to process the payment timely of full and final settlement.
- Checking and auditing payroll, ensuring legislative and Statutory compliance and internal reporting requirements.
- Month end consolidation with reconciliation & variance analysis.
- Prepare ESIC, EPF, P Tax challan data and prepare challan timely.
- Actuarial report for Bonus, Leave & Gratuity.
- Prepare Appraisal data and discuss with management of Appraisal
- Payroll Query Resolution - Salary Slips, Reimbursements, Salary Structure.
Requirements :
1. Male candidates will be preferred.
2. Person handled at least 1 implementation cycle will be given preference.
3. Knowledge of latest statutory compliances and law is must.
4. Education Qualification-B.COM/M.Com/BBA/MBA.
5. Have managed Payroll related issues/queries in the past.
