1) Manage front-line People Operations support to employees, compensation support and communication, on-boarding/off-boarding and HR data management.
2) Ensure HR policies and procedures are designed thoughtfully, communicated appropriately, interpreted, and consistently applied across the organization.
3) Provide objective and strategic input and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization related to policy interpretation and implementation, career development, and general management/employee relationship issues.
4) Oversee new hire orientation and provide strategic direction on on- boarding initiatives, contributing to a successful new hire experience.
5) Partner with HRBP to build a performance-driven culture through the development and implementation of consistent performance management coaching and growth initiatives.
6) Conduct or participate in special projects and other HR initiatives as needed to meet overall company and department strategic goals and initiatives.
Mentor and coach other members of our HR team.
Requirements :-
1. Good Communication-Verbal & written.
2. PPT/MS/WPS/GOOGLE DOC/V LOOK UP knowledge is must.
3. Core HR ops, candidate should not have good exposure of HR Ops but should be more into recruitment /TA related work.
4. Should be able to formulate emails and communicate clearly and properly.
5. Proactive and understands the ownership of role and responsibility.
6. Education Qualification- MBA In HR
