Brief Description of Company: - Niyo was founded in 2015 with the vision of changing the way Indians approach their finances - no matter where they work, what they earn, or how tech-savvy they are. - To date, we've raised $149.3 Million in funding, and have maintained a sharp focus on identifying customers' banking pain points and crafting solutions that improve their experience. We currently operate in 4 major business lines: - Niyo Bharat ; a prepaid salary card and digital banking product for blue collar workers - Niyo Global ; a zero forex markup travel card that works anywhere in the world - NiyoX ; a co-branded savings account with industry-best interest rates, 0 maintenance charges, and a host of exciting features - Niyo Money ; a wealth management platform with 0 commission mutual funds, domestic stocks, and more. Role Purpose : - HRBPs will play a pivotal role within the local HR & Organization Department. They will be champions of the Niyo Culture and Values, ensuring that all people decisions are data driven and based on merit. - They will be partners with our business leaders on all people and organizational matters, in order to help them achieve business results while accelerating the digital transformation. - HRBPs will also prove agility and competence in solving any people-related issue, with a great autonomy but leveraging from the guidance of our Centers of Expertise. Responsibilities : - Development of a robust talent strategy to drive a diverse pipeline of talent both externally and internally - Identify and coach talents across the organization, identify and implement development plans to support professional development and performance improvement - Support Line Managers in identifying candidates fitting with the Niyo values and with future-proof skills and attitude - Support Line Managers in annual budgeting and forecasting process - Ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefit policies - Manage annual reward review process - Identify retention risks and draw consistent reward actions - Support internal customers in analyzing current organizational structure and its fitness to business strategy, contributing to the definition and communication of new organizational models - Anticipate the organizational evolution by challenging the departments in scope with innovative, future-proof structures (digital, agile, etc) - Manage the headcount and payroll cost budget - Identify and implement training and development plans to support professional development and performance improvement - Promote reskilling and upskilling programs to ensure that the competency stock is always up to date - Core competencies, knowledge and experience - A degree in HR from a Premier B-School like XLRI, IIM - Commercially / financially savvy - Experienced HR Business Partners with breadth of HR experience, ideally in Corporate Functions - Strong relationship & coaching skills; strong communicator - Ability to adapt and deal with ambiguity, - Analytical, comfortable with interpreting and using data insights. intellectual capacity to learn quickly - OE and change management experience desirable - Experience of Startup
