Role Description.

- This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head Bharat Bancassurance Uttar Pradesh at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, located in Chennai.

- The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the bancassurance operations in Uttar Pradesh, driving business growth, managing relationships with banking partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Daily tasks include strategizing and implementing business plans, mentoring and training the team, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business management, bancassurance, and relationship management.

- Strategic planning and execution skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements.

- Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and drive growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Ability to work on-site full-time in Chennai.

- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
