- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for health insurance products within the designated bank partner channel.
- This includes driving sales across all customer segments while maintaining a balanced portfolio in terms of premium and number of policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and their teams.
- Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff to generate leads and close deals.
- Provide regular training and updates to bank staff on Niva Bupa products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication and coordination with the bank's sales force.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service to bank customers regarding their health insurance needs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within the bank partner channel.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads generated, appointments scheduled, and sales closed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
