Key Responsibilities:
- Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor the performance of insurance agents and provide guidance and support to improve their sales effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with insurance agents.
- Proactively support agents in lead generation activities and assist them in closing sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and drive customer retention through excellent service.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and guidelines, as well as regulations set forth by the IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent performance, sales activities, and relevant reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1-5 years of proven experience in insurance sales, with preference given to candidates with experience in the agency channel, banking, or other financial services sectors.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team of agents.
- Excellent sales acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Other:
- Demonstrated ability to build and effectively manage a team of sales professionals.
- A strong result-oriented approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
