Role Description:
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agency Manager to join our team in Patna.
- As an Agency Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading the agency team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Management: Oversee and guide the agency team to ensure effective performance and adherence to company standards.
- Sales Management: Drive sales initiatives, develop strategies to meet sales targets, and ensure the achievement of business goals.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and clients.
- Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications;
