Business Development Manager
Job Requirement :
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new sales campaign initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones with help of partner service offerings
- Finding and developing new markets (industries) and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing collaterals and proposals for clients with help of presales team
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Setting sales goals and managing target
- Driving rigor and discipline in best practice account planning, pipeline management and forecasting to nurture client relationships and maximize the opportunity value of accounts
- Acting as a senior representative for high level sales activities and customer/partner meetings when necessary
- Creating a leadership culture that inspires trust and collaboration and leading with integrity and support our values
Skills and Abilities Required :- A demonstrable track record of effective sales leadership, with an excellent customer reputation and network
- Strong business and financial understanding, strategic planning ability and business foresight with the ability to manage complexity to drive plans to successful execution
- The ability to create a culture that inspires trust and collaboration and lead with integrity to support our values, showing respect to others and adhering to high ethical standards
- Experience in IT sales with connects in Enterprises
- Should have worked in Product or Enterprise sales domain
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
