Senior Consultant - Agriculture

Job type- 2 years extendable contract.

Designation- Senior Consultant

Department- Department of Agriculture & Cooperation (DAC)

State- New Delhi

Responsibilities:

The Job holder would provide agriculture domain expert guidance to PMU and SMUs. He would also be responsible for monitoring and guiding the Software Development Agency on agriculture domain. He would also be required to facilitate interaction with the Ministry, State Governments, SAUs, Farmers - Organizations, Private Sector and other stakeholders for effective project implementation.

Education:

MCA/B. Tech. in Computer Science/IT with strong experience of e-Governance in Agriculture sector OR Post-Graduation in Agriculture or allied sectors with prolonged experience & excellent skill-sets in ICT/e-Governance

Skills & Experience:

- Must have 10 years - experience

- Experience in Agriculture domain involved directly in implementation and monitoring of Agricultural Projects including agricultural technologies, inputs and extension projects desirable. Skill for liaising with different organizations and strong communication skills are needed.

Salary range - 10-16 LPA
