Requirement :

Qualification : B.tech &MBA - Marketing, sales and Business Development - Technical background will be an added advantage.

Experience :

- Minimum 15 Years of experience with sales, Marketing/Business Development specifically in Information Technology related areas and currently should be heading Business Development team in organization of repute.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The candidate should have strong leadership skills and should be able to drive the business by leading a team of business managers responsible for business management, service excellence, operations and profitability and growth.

- Formulation of Marketing & Sales Strategies to meet organization's growth objectives.

- In depth experience and knowledge of client relations and business development initiatives.

- Meet with existing client for cross selling / up selling of business across India and International Locations.

- Develop strategic alliances with Industry bodies, SME and start-ups.

- Identify, analyze and recommend specific business opportunities for the profitable growth of the company

- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.

- Provide marketing and business development support to the company's management and professionals i.e. proposal writing and support.
