Data analytic expert with experience on various analytic tools and computer program

JD:

- An expert with a strong background in both descriptive and predictive analytics techniques.

- Gather data from multiple and diverse sources, transform it, and make it available for further analysis.

- Develop predictive models to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns & trends.

- Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand State's requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

- Identify and recommend new data sources, technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field

- 10 years of experience in data analytics (both descriptive and predictive)

- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as SQL and Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Familiarity with database technologies and knowledge of machine leaning techniques and algorithms

Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate/Power BI Data Analyst Associate/Similar certifications from other vendors preferred

- Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate Certification/ Similar certifications from other database vendors preferred
