Job Description : Business Solutions Manager
Basis Qualification :
i) Engineering Graduate/ Post-Graduate in related field such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communications etc. or MCA or equivalent qualification from recognized University. Or,
ii) MBA from a recognised/ reputed institute. Any Diploma / Degree course related to computer science is mandatory.
iii) Graduate / Post-Graduate with PGDCA
Experience Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in IT Industry (finance side) or Banking Industry
Skill Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in understanding and documenting business processes in Financial Domain and solutioning for the same (for the IT vendor to act upon).
- Very good understanding of Financial, Banking and Accounting Terms and Business processes, ability to do gap analysis.
- Sound understanding of technology, high level architecture definition and technical expertise to critically review solution options and choose best in class solution for requirements in question
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including Banks officers in business and IT functions, leadership, vendors, and drive results.
- Good knowledge on Use of Cases and Process Diagrams
- Good understanding of IT Processes and Outputs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and decision-making skills
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Good knowledge on MS Office Suite etc.
- Good knowledge of preparing powerpoint Presentations
- Expertise in vendor SLA management, contract management and other aspects of vendor governance will be an added advantage.
Role Description :
- Liaise with SIDBI Government Program Vertical Business Team, understand the business needs
- Definition of work responsibilities and RACI of various impacted teams, including but not limited to SIDBI Government vertical, IT Development and QA Teams and any other relevant third parties.
- Definition of an agile governance mechanism
- With the consultation of all stakeholders define Solution implementation roadmap and tracking on daily basis.
- Prepare Detailed and clear Business Requirements Document, with workflows, use cases, process diagrams and visual representations, as applicable
- Prepare System Requirement and Design Documents
- Review the technical requirements, design and solution proposed by Vendor, conduct periodic Audit / Reviews to ensure quality & performance of deliverables complies with the requirements, SIDBIs internal standards and industry leading best practices
- Guide/Help the IT Development and QA Team for clarification of business requirement queries in time bound manner.
- Work with QA and Development Team to prepare /review Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and liaison with SIDBI Government vertical for timely completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate actively in Review Meetings with Business and IT Stakeholders and act as a bridge between Business and IT Teams
- Optimal utilization of available resources in managing Schedule, Cost and Quality requirements of the program.
- Regular Stakeholder communication and Status reporting
- Vendor Contract Management including SLAs, invoicing, and payments.
